Hope Lives - Vive La Esperanza is a nonprofit 501 (c) 3 Peer/Community-Run Organization that provided Forensic Peer Support Services. We help culturally and ethnically diverse individuals and communities gain access to an array of community assistance, resources, and benefits. We focus on the needs of persons experiencing various mental health difficulties, people experiencing homelessness, fathers, mothers, veterans, youth in transition (18 to 25 years old), and other individuals with unmet needs.
